Meet the Author

I lived it. I wrote it down. I want you to know you are not alone.

I'm JayDeeSolo, known to readers as JayDeeSolo. Years ago a brain aneurysm and a stroke rewrote my life in an instant. What followed was a long, difficult, often beautiful road back to myself.

Stroke Journal is the honest record of that road for survivors, for the families who walk beside them, and for anyone holding on to hope in a hard season.
